X-Copter is sponsoring an autorotation challenge for pilots in the Prescott Area.
No cost to enter.
No training necessary.
Have fun.
Practice autorotations.
Improve your skills.
Each participant will receive an orientation on autorotations in the X-Copter Robinson-model simulator.
Once you’re comfortable with the sim, you will be placed in a VFR scenario with an altitude/airspeed/heading. Best out of 2 attempts.
This is the first of a competition that will be held every semester. All participants receive a “Heli-Yeah: I flew the X-Copter” t-shirt.
The Event is taking place from Thursday, March 24th through Friday the 26th at Guidance Aviation. If you live in the area, come in any time between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

The first place winner will receive a SPOT Gen3, while the second and third place winners will receive $50 and $25 gift certificates respectively.
